City of Arcata Bag Ban
Pass a ban on single-use plastic bags in the City of Arcata to reduce and prevent plastic pollution
The Humboldt Chapter began its efforts to pass a plastic bag ordinance back in 2010 and used a combination of awareness raising and advocacy activities to encourage the City of Arcata to consider a bag ban.
