Many still remain – one is in the sand near Bunkers, at least three are on the beach in Manila – but  the Humboldt Bay Harbor, Recreation and Conservation District felt motivated to have a few of the “dock blocks” pulled off the sand near the North Jetty/Harbor Entrance area. Story in next week’s Arcata Eye (and details will be posted here as well). Special thanks to Bill Lydgate and Third District Commissioner Mike Wilson for their attention to this matter.
