Keith Newcomer paddle-out

A paddle-out for Keith Newcomer takes place Sunday, Oct. 31 at 10:30 a.m. at the cove next to the Coast Guard Station at the end of the north spit.

Memorial takes place, 1 p.m., Arcata's D Street Neighborhood Center.
