What a special evening! Everyone was moved when Heather's family was announced as raffle winner for Matt Beard's artwork. That moment was definitely the highlight of the evening. Surfrider is extremely thankful for the community support from last Thursday evening that turned Ocean Night into a packed house, and raised over $1500 dollars for Heather-Bonser Bishops family. A huge thanks goes out to local shaper Marc McClendeon for donating one of his boards and another huge thanks goes right to Matt Beard for donating a beautiful piece of art for the raffle. One more thank you goes to the crew of volunteers that helped to make the night happen!
